What makes
it Kobe?

The name Kobe tells you where the beef comes from. It must come from Tajima cattle raised in Hyogo, Japan, and meet the Kobe Beef Association’s origin and grading standards.

Prime is a registered Kobe beef restaurant, No. 1859. Our certified A5 striploin has fine marbling and a delicate, buttery texture. A5 describes the grade; Kobe identifies its certified origin and lineage.

Try it in a steak tasting alongside Miyazaki A5 and our current Chef’s Reserve, or make certified Kobe the centre of your dinner.
