We had a wonderful experience this week with the newly revamped menu at Prime Steak which is under new ownership. The quality of the raw seafood and meat ingredients were very high end and shined through. Also the dishes were beautifully presented.

Oysters were the best I ever had, and the tuna tartare was awesome too. We tried the Wagyu beef which was done at the right medium-rare point that I like and it melted like butter. Fries with the truffle alioli were also a highlight. When it comes to dessert, I had the citrus sesame creme brulee which was amazing and a very original spin on creme brulee. We had the Prosecco by the glass which was really nice, not sweet, just perfect to go with the seafood. Great atmosphere and excellent selection of wines and spirits. Cannot wait to go back
